50th post!

Could it be possible? do my eyes deceive me? Is this really the 50th post on this website! BY GOD IT IS! PEOPLE HEAR THESE WORDS THIS IS THE 50TH YES 50TH POST ON THIS SITE! *LOUD CLAPPING AND APPLAUDING STUFFS*…….so whoop big deal right? Well ye for most I guess it’s not a big deal but for moi it kinda is, sorta like an achievment or something, but anyway I plan to celebrate, and how? By discussing something on the topic in the subtitle which has not yet been dealt with. Yes my friends, you teach me and I’ll teach you….POKEMON!

Come on, who can honestly say that they were never a fan of pokemon? The fucking thing was just so amazingly huge! between the show, the games and em *ahem* the card game it was impossible to escape. Now for the purpose of this post I just want to make clear that personaly…i don’t really consider anything that happened after number 151 real. Like it was hard enough catching 151 pokemon but once they started going into the 300s it just got to hard…and who knows how many pokemon there are now! I wouldn’t be suprised if its over 500!

But looking back for a second, think back to the first time you started playing pokemon blue red or yellow versions. Think back to the first pokemon you caught, or the first time you won a gym badge…think a little further into the game to the first time you beat the pokemon league. Good time aye? And to be fair to the series, it has kept these fundamental aspects the same through out the series. The only flaw with…the only big flaw, is that they kept on adding pokemon, sure they had to capatalise on the product but the pokemon are ridiculous and are uninspired at this stage and its freakin’ difficult to catch ‘em all. I dunno about you but the smile that crossed my face the first time I caught 151 pokemon in blue version. I was so happy with myself that I had actually finished what had seemed like an incredibly long adventure. When I tried to do the same in gold version, I just gave up to be honest. It was just to damn hard, and from there on they’ve been getting harder. But that first game had the balance perfect. It was long, but not frustrating, difficult, but fun. It truely was a fantastic game and a fantastic adventure.

And so was the anime! For a long time, probably longer than the games actually the pokemon series was really good fun! Watching Ash catchem, try (and fail) to catch pokemon, but still be a good trainer was exciting. Watching him and the colourful cast of characters (not to mention cute ones like pikachu) was something that made everyday of the week highly enjoyable. Team rocket’s slapstick comedy and occasional actual threat kept us happy to see the same villain over and over and watching ash and misty’s battle of love (which tragically was never resolved!) was hilarious at some points. Brock’s lady’s man attitude was just pure comedy and the pokemon…well we just couldn’t wait to see which pokemon would show up on the next episode! it was great! Not to mention that fuckin’ awesome theme song. I mean seriously that song is definatly one of the best theme songs of all time, so epic! But as we all started to hit 13 14 we stopped watching it we lost contact with the show. So recently I went back to see what it was like these days……………………………its bad………..really bad. Team rocket are practically good guys, they changed all the voice actors to sound just horrible (I think they even change the voice actor for pikachu…i know! hat the need?) GARY IS NO LONGER A FUCKING TRAINER EITHER! I MEAN HE WAS AWESOME! (well maybe he’s gone back to training by the time that whoever reads this reads this i dunno.) and the animation quality for some reason seems worse to me. While watching it I couldn’t help but shake my head and say “Where? pokemon where? where and when did you go so wrong? Oh ye also the people tha follow Ash these days are really annoying and need to be shot…in the face.

So stick to the original series and original games. They’re really amazing and enjoyable. Thanks for reading this 50th post. I hope you had a small pleasant trip down memory lane. Thank you and goodnight! HAPPY CATCHING!

Oh ye I  forgot, remember that subplot about misty’s bike being broken by ash? I wonder if he ever got her a new one?  now never forget…….GOTTA CATCH ‘EM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOLA!

Helllooooooooooo readers! Guess what? The break is now over yay! And you guys are super lucky cause I was actually going to wait till the end of January to come back but guess what? ……..I got bored. hehe Anyway I hope those of you who read them enjoyed my few christmas posts (which reminds me) Harry Christmas and a super new year! Ok assuming I don’t die or go off somewhere this blog is going to see a lot in the current year. More reviews, more crazy ideas the 50th and maybe even 100th post celebration and much much more. So with that said I hope that all of you will stick around and check this site out everyonce and awhile for new and “exciting” post. However For my regular readers (if I have any) I carry a small amount of bad news. While I do plan to keep the blog up the following next to years are meant to be the “MOST IMPORTANT YEARS OF MY GOD DAMN LIFE!!!!!!” and as a result of teachers, parents friends and even pets I probably won’t be able to update the place as frequently as I did in the previous year. But don’t get discouraged I’ll try to write at least one thing every week and who knows maybe I’ll go back on what I’m saying here and start writing everyday again! HAPPY READING!

Oh I forgot, I love you guys!:)

An Apology

Recently it has come to my attention that my analyses of my poetry are in some ways inconsiderate. I do comment on them as if they are not my own at points and as a result I failed to see the problem with saying things like “meh this poem is ok.” After looking back on them I will state that I do agree with them but that I can also see how one could misinterpret is as me saying how amazing I am or me asking my audience to tell me how good I am at writing poetry or something. This is not the case and I’ll explain what my comments on my poetry are here.  My comments (at least when I’m not explaining why I wrote the poem) are meant to be taken as if I were not the person who wrote the poem. It is the only way I have ever learnt to comment on poetry and quite frankly the only way I want to comment on poetry. If I was to write it as if it were me I would just say bullshit like “ye this poem is awesome read it a million times over.” So instead I feel it is better to comment on it as if I were reading it for the first time so that I can be truthful to everyone out there. If there are those out there that think I should not write like that well then I would like them to maybe not read the commentary and maybe come up with there own instead. That would be interesting to get other people to talk about my poetry so I can get some real pointers and what not. But anyway I’d like to apologise if there has been any misunderstandings.

Connecting Friends

Right well I’ve taken a much bigger liking to this whole blog thing than I thought I would. As a result I feel that It is time (much earlier than I expected it to be) I connect myself to the before mentioned bloggers. While I don’t really mind what they think of this blog I think it’d be best if any viewers of this blog had some idea of who they were because I could, should and probably will refer to them in the future (I already plan to respond to Robbie’s post on Keats once I can pull my thoughts on the subject together.) So here they are…

Robbie and duhdon’s blog is : http://lengthydiatribe.wordpress.com/

and

Starbuckfm’s blog is : http://starbuckfm.wordpress.com/

So that’s that then. We are now finally connected to each other and I hope that we can have a wonderful Internet friendship. (as well as the real ones.) Good luck guys, I hope you continue to have inspirational blogs and keep on weaving wonderful pieces of writing. HAPPY BLOGGING!

Oh I forgot, to any blog readers I would suggest you don’t just skim through these blogs. Read them properly and take them for what they are truly worth…or I will kill you…

Biggest Fucking Conspiracy of the Fucking Century

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD THIS IS NOT A JOKE SERIOUSLY OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!

Ok I’m calm I’m calm.

You may have thought that the above was a bit of an overreaction, but it wasn’t. A friend of mine and I just discovered the biggest secret ever and I worry actually if I should disclose it on this blog. If the people involved find out that I know they might kill me…yes it’s that big. Hmm should I say? should I not? Meh, screw it my fingers are tingly to tell it to the world. So here it is the biggest and longest hidden secret ever…

Jesus Christ our saviour………was Japanese.

Ok I know what your thinking either one of the following

1) This guy thinks he’s funny

2)OH MY GOD HE IS SOOOOOO RIGHT

or

3)Hmm intriguing I would think that what he is about to say is bullshit but I’ll listen.

If your in the first mind-set fuck off we don’t like your kind around here.

Well I guess I should explain to those of you that are still reading this why Jesus was Japanese. It is really quite simple when you think about it and I’m surprised no one realised it earlier. So just follow me on this…

1) Jesus was a Jew

2) The Japanese word for 10 when written in roman script is spelt ju

3) ju and Jew are pronounced the exact same way

Everyone with me so far?

4) The kanji for ju is a cross

5) Christianity’s (a religion based on Jesus teachings) symbol is the CROSS Jesus died on

6) so cross=cross am I wrong?

7) And as an added piece, are all those Js really a coincidence? Jesus Ju Jew Japanese.

Our logic is undeniable! Jesus was Japanese! One cannot look at the information I have provided above and think that it is a mere coincidence. It’s just not possible! The only explanation is that Jesus was Japanese. The Japanese have always known and have been keeping it away from us gaijin! Imagine they have kept this a secret for just over 2000 years. Can you imagine how hard that must have been to keep all the Japanese people out there quiet? The Japanese once again show us a feat of amazingness.

But we have the upper hand now! We know their secret! So now that you know the truth go forth loyal readers and spread the word. The world must know the truth! HAPPY SPREADING!

Oh I forgot another piece of evidence to do with the Js. JUdas, Jospeh, Jehova, Joshua,Jeremiah,John,King James etc.? J stands for Japanese! Why else would there be so many Js that are connected to Jesus in some way or another!

Hey Girls Hey Boys, Super Star Readers…here we GO!

WELL! This Blog in a sense was inspired by that of other bloggers like robbie, duhdon and starbuckfm. (but don’t tell them till this whole blog is a bit more purty ok? hehe) The name is based on the idea that we’re(at least me) from the first generation that truly grew up with the Internet, the sub-title is just based on the idea that we were all obsessed with Pokemon and the domain name is…nothing else would work.

So what am I Going to write about? That is a good question one I hope I’ll know the answer to soon enough but for now let us just say I’m going to write about, on, under, beside, in front of, behind etc everything. Reviews, thoughts, poetry short stories whatever I feel like and once I feel that this blog is good enough for the above mentioned bloggers to view I’ll have them take a look(along with a few others) .There is also  few people that we know who may join us in this whole blogging business so look out for them!

So that’s it for introductions all that’s left is for my name (Aquatone mysterious huh?) Please enjoy whatever you read and if you don’t oh well I apologize for taking up a minute of your time :)

NB: At the time that this was written the sub-tittle was  ’Home of the Pokemon Generation’.
